I've decided to do something different, and frankly quite a bit more time consuming, than the standard collections page. Instead of just posting photos, or a list of my collection, I document the process of cleaning and restoring my entire collection. I share what I've learned along the way so you don't have to make the same mistakes I did! I believe that restorations should be done to help someone enjoy their collection more, so I do what I prefer. The restoration decisions I make may not be the same that you choose for your own collection.

The best hubby in the world built my pony shelves. I use white business card boxes for risers. They are the perfect size and not very expensive. I totally insisted on the green carpet remnant so that it would look like the playsets were sitting on grass. A couple of women at a pony meet laughed, not nicely, when I said I wanted to set my pony room up with little scenes of the ponies doing things, basically a big diorama. I think I showed them . . .
